By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Condition & Vintage

  • Pre-Owned Nature: All items are vintage or pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear.
  • Flaws: Any notable imperfections are documented in the item description. Please review descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.
  • Material Degradation: Vintage materials can naturally degrade over time. Items are sold as-is without guarantees, and we are not liable for wear or damage that occurs after receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Schedule: We typically ship orders on Mondays. While we aim to maintain this schedule, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Carrier Delays & Lost Packages: Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries. Please use your tracking number to contact the courier directly for updates.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Customs Declarations: We strictly adhere to legal requirements and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare values on customs forms.
  • Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred upon arrival.
  • Unclaimed Parcels: If import fees are unpaid and the shipment is delayed, returned, or lost, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Sizing & Product Descriptions

  • Estimations: Sizing and measurements are approximate guides.
  • Questions: If you need specific measurements or further details before buying, please reach out via our Contact Page prior to completing your purchase.

Terms of Fitting

Fittings are available on request for items in stock. Submitting a fitting request and receiving our confirmation means you agree to the following:

Deposit

  • Refundable Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the item price is taken to secure a fitting. It is refunded once the item is returned to us in its original condition.
  • Damage or Loss: Items damaged or not returned may result in the deposit being retained.

Collection & Return

  • Arranged by You: Collection and return must be arranged by the customer.
  • Timings: Items can be collected before 9am and must be returned by 5pm on the same day.
